From day one, we've had a single goal — to bring safe, transparent, and enjoyable online gaming to the people of Bangladesh. Today, jet12 is the trusted platform of millions of players across the country.
Why jet12 was built and where we're headed
Our mission is to bring world-class online gaming to every corner of Bangladesh — in a familiar language, with convenient payment methods, and in a safe environment. At jet12, gaming should be a healthy form of entertainment, not a source of stress.
Our vision is to establish jet12 as South Asia's most transparent and user-friendly online gaming platform by 2028 — blending technology with human connection to build a genuine gaming culture.
Treating every member with honesty and fairness is jet12's core promise. No hidden deductions on payouts, rules written clearly in Bengali, and fast resolution when issues arise — that's our commitment.
In late 2019, a group of young tech enthusiasts asked themselves: why is online gaming so difficult in Bangladesh? Most people don't have bank cards, platforms aren't in Bengali, support isn't available in Bengali, and making payments is a nightmare. jet12 was born to solve exactly these problems.
Jet12 started small — just a handful of games and a few hundred users in Dhaka. But it quickly became clear that people had been waiting for a platform they could trust. After integrating bKash payments, membership numbers grew rapidly month after month.
In 2021, jet12 expanded its user base to Chattogram, Sylhet, and Rajshahi. By 2022, the addition of Fish Hunter and Keno made a significant impact across the Barisal division. Today, jet12 has active players in all 64 districts of Bangladesh.
The road wasn't easy. Technical challenges, payment integration complexities, server load issues — jet12 has come a long way to be where it is today. Every obstacle taught us something new and made us stronger.
Jet12 believes gaming is for entertainment, not addiction. That's why we offer deposit limits, self-exclusion, and cooling-off periods. If our support team notices unusual behavior from any user, they reach out proactively to offer help.
Every offer and bonus at jet12 is designed with honesty in mind — wagering conditions are written in plain language, with no hidden clauses. We believe people enjoy themselves most when they can make fully informed decisions.
Jet12 games use internationally certified Random Number Generators (RNG). Dice games feature a Provably Fair system where the outcome of any roll can be independently verified. No result is predetermined — each bet outcome is generated from a combined seed from both the server and the client.
All financial transactions are protected with 256-bit SSL encryption. Player funds are held in fully segregated trust accounts, ensuring that no business circumstance at jet12 can ever affect members' money.
